STYLE OPTIONS

Please review all the styles I would like to tattoo in. If the style you are requesting is not listed, I will likely not prioritize it. However feel free to still submit your idea if you'd like.

Black fill leaves

This style works really well as a blast over/over and underlap option. Leaves are fully saturated with black fill. This tattoo is fresh.

This version incorporates black fill leaves and contrasted with grey wash lines. This style ages really well overtime. This tattoo is fresh.

Love how these leaves follow the curves of the body. The black fill creates a powerful and bold impression.

Another example on how this style can tie in separate tattoos to create one cohesive sense of flow.

Black fill leaves with colour accents

Black fill leaves but with colour incorporated. Lines of whatever we do in colour can be outlined in black or greywash. Works will with over/underlaps as well. This tattoo is fresh.

Totally open to your take on this idea, with different leaves or floral combos. This style ages really well overtime. This tattoo is fresh.

Black line work and colour fill

Thicker lines and  graphic colour shading. This tattoo is healed.

Thick and thin lines are made to look like a brush stroke. This style ages really well, especially if you enjoy colour work. This tattoo is healed.

A bit of a thinner black outline, paired with full colour gradients. We also use the skin as a "colour" so it isn't fully saturated.

This style is perfect if you like colour, yet want a bolder style.

Blue shading and linework

A mix of blue shading and linework. This tattoo is healed.

Blue shading with light blue linework. This tattoo is healed.

Blue shading over and underlay with blue line work - will require a heal in-between the linework and shading for successful overlap. This tattoo is healed.

I personally love this style for vines that move across the body. This tattoo is fresh.

Patchwork

Once in a while I will take on a patchwork concept, which means we will tattoo 2-3 small to medium scale tattoos each session to create a patchwork sleeve. The number of sessions will fully depend on your concept.

While this concept incorporates multiple tattoos, I do hope there is a cohesive theme or concept to unify them, preventing them from appearing overly random.

In the past, my clients have often provided a comprehensive list of tattoo ideas along with their preferred styles. For example, they might request a crane with black and grey shading, long seaweed with blue outlines, or an octopus featuring thick and thin lines with shading. Using this list, I can narrow down the ideas that resonate most with me and begin to sketch rough placement concepts. Final placement decisions are always made collaboratively during our session, allowing us to work together to ensure the design fits perfectly. It's worth noting that my specialty lies in tattooing plants, creatures, and anything inspired by nature.

Here's an in-progress shot of the patchwork sleeve I'm currently working on. We've already completed three pieces, and our plan is to continue adding two medium-sized pieces during each session until the sleeve is finished. For the upper portion, we're incorporating a cloud background, while the lower section will feature additional water creatures. This tattoo is a mix of healed and fresh.

If you've been following me for a while, you're likely familiar with this client! We've been gradually crafting her vision across her entire body. Some sessions focus on one significant piece, while others involve multiple smaller ones. The overarching theme for this leg is "water," with the other leg representing "earth," and her arms embodying the element of "air." This tattoo is a mix of healed and fresh.
